The FAP has the Super 530D on thier Mirage 2000EP/DPs and the R-27R on thier MiG-29S/SEs.

Russian weapons have a bad habit of turning out to be all hype first off and second the French have a better history of customer support then the Russians do. The Mirage 2000-5 Mk.2 would be a safer bet albiet probably more expensive. And the Mirage 2000-5 Mk.2 can preform the same missions with better weapons. The Su-35 offers no GPS guided bomb and the Mirage 2000-5 Mk.2 has longer ranged stand off weapons.
