    I can assure you that your comments are being read and fed back.

    Currently the development priorities are as follows:

    Editable posts

    Page number placements at the top of threads.

    Subscribed threads (email notifications).

    It’s a shame that there wasn’t room enough in the shipping container for the poor old GA Gygnet that, for decades, has been stuffed and mounted as a gate guardian by the Aero Club Colón near Buenos Aires, Argentina (q.v. https://www.key.aero/forum/historic-aviation/143541-general-aircraft-cygnet – its a pity that the hyperlinks there no longer work).

    I have just corrected a problem with the hyperlinks in that thread.

    The My Account section of the site has been expanded to cater for Bio’s and also includes Forum Activity.

    We are working on those features and we will be keep you all up to date as we progress with them.

    It is worth noting that you can send a message to more than one person for a group chat. I forgot to add this to my previous post.

    The Private Messaging functionality is being enabled this afternoon for you all to use. The message centre can be found by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of the site and then on Private Messages. You will also notice that there if you have new messages their is a notification icon to the left of MY ACCOUNT.

    Messages are displayed in a similar style to WhatsApp messages

    Messages can also be sent directly from a post using the button in the user block:

    Subject headers in bold font – use black for text – Just released

    Mirror page numbers on top and bottom of page (to avoid scrolling down) – I’ll check on this and come back to you

    Remove (or reposition) ‘Privacy settings’ tag when use of Cookies approved – I’ll check on this and come back to you

    With regard to functionality:

    Private Messages (member to member) – now no facility – Is live now for Moderators to test and then will be opened up to everyone else soon.

    Content of My Account (historic private messages/photos) lost – They’re not lost. Scheduled for a later update as theres a fair amount of work to do on this.

    Reinstate ‘subscribed’ threads and e-mail messages for new posts – Should be released in the next update

    Edit function on own posts (being worked on in response to jeepman’s post today, but first raised some while ago) – Is being worked on

    Show number of views of thread and uploaded photos – Scheduled for a later update

    Restoring numbering of posts – Scheduled for a later update
