I to was at the unvailing of the memorial . Thanks to Chas Jellis the memorial has been made to the two crew members who lost there lives in the B24 crash. It was nice to meet Norman and Geroge, pilot and tail gunner.
The memorial is at Ford End Farm, Ivinghoe. There is another memorial at Cheddington Airfield just out side the gates which was unvailed in the 1980’s.
