Note that 35415 is fitted with a non standard canopy. Being a J 35F-1 Draken 35415 should have the F-type canopy and not the one used on the earlier versions. So is the case also with the other Draken at Aeroseum, J 35F-2 35528, marked as “9-00” (a “fake” paint work, it last served with F 10). Being a J 35F-2 this also lack the IR-scanner under the nose. Here is a pic of a regular J 35F-2, 35515.

The canopies were changed on these a/c in the mid-1980s when both went to the States in a exchange deal that would bring a DH Mosquito to the Swedish AF museum. Things didn’t turned out as planed and both Drakens was bought back by the Swedish defence material agency in ca 1990 and been stored at Säve ever since.

The HKP 6B Jet Ranger is 06051. It was during the expedition YMER 80 reg SE-HLZ. A second HKP 6B was reg SE-HLY (06044).
