David, Moravia at Kinloss would have got my vote, they already have a Nimrod, heck they have even brought out a limited edition VC Ten Scotch to celebrate its service, sadly they couldn’t raise the funds to save one, shame its all down to money these days, they forget the Tourism and jobs in the area it would provide, far greater than the cost of the aircraft in scrap value to the UK PLC.

And I totally agree with the comments re Cosford, it that was a double tragedy as it reduced the Survivors by one, had BOB gone to Cosford, then the one already at Brunty was going to be preserved, with BOB going to Brunty, that one succumbed.
