Canada Aviation Museum is the equivalent of the RAFM/Science Museum collections in the UK.

Depending if it’s RCAF or RCN FAA, the RCAF Memorial Museum or the museum at Shearwater may be able to help also. Additionally, there are several very helpful members of various Canadian aviation museums who post here – if you give us a bit for info, you may find people who can answer your question/s and help /advise with research.
