Likeing it or loathing it won’t be a problem in Europe soon. Under the EU Firearms Directive weapons platforms will be banned, the way it’s been drafted will include warbirds, regardless if there’s any representations of guns, unless they’re in a government museum.

The UK government seems disinclined to ignore it even though there is scope for it not to be enacted in UK Legislation. Germany, which appears to have more reason than us to fear terrorism, has decided not to enact it.
