the easy way to tell is by the fins
if the horizontal stabiliser (tailplane) extends outboard of the vertical fins it is a lockheed
engines look the same, cabin looks the same windows are different, landing gear looks the same
lots of similarities, but the dead giveaway if the fin thing
hope this helps

Here are a few photos of CF-DTN/G-BKRN taken at Prestwick
1 All 3 Beech 18s together a few minutes after arriving at Prestwick,either July or August 1981, in formation.CF-QPD which became G-BKGL
CF-DTN which became G-BKRN(The one in the middle with the lighter red paintwork,the crew still unloading their belongings.)
CF-SUQ which became G-BKGM
