I don’t have a job at the moment and hate that!

Me too, I hated my job and it was making me miserable so I quit. Now that I’ve had a few months off I’m missing the routine and could probably go back to the same job and be perfectly happy doing it.

One thing I do like about this job is I can walk away at the end of the day and the next day is a fresh one. THere is very little carry over from day to day.

Well, my job quite often involves getting paid to fly to nice sunny warm countries, so I’m pretty happy with it 😀

If any one wants to know a job from hell try security. Even though i only do it part time to pay for college it’s still the worst job for no respect, bad pay, and bad hours. So next time you see a security guard in a store or a night club please be nice to him and i’m sure he/she will be nice to you.

I used to do security at festivals.

It was an OK way to earn a couple of hundred quid for a weekend but if you hated the music, which I generally did, it could be purgatory.

I could really go off you Steve…
As a civil servant at the moment I have another 26 years to work 😉

Gary, your day will come my friend, once you’ve been retired for a few years the novelty wears off and you’ll wish you were back at work

Until the day you find someone else fluent enough in German or even a German customer… 😀

My job would be better if the people were British

…it’s when other staff members try to me that I start swearing at them in German (that way them or the customers have no idea what I am saying – it’s great!!!!)

And did they?

They did, but the damn thigns wouldn’t work as my work PC doesn’t have the right plug-ins for it.

Tried them at home – same result! 😡

Looks like I have to go in to the agency to do them…!
