Hi everyone, I know I’m new but I would just like to raise the issue of blood donations to the NHS. I have been a donor for 2 years and have recently been given my Bronze award for 10 donations. I am a firm supporter of the British NBS and would like to ask anyone here who lives in the UK and is not already donating to consider it as a new years resolution and help save lives. Thanx 😀
P.S. Nice forum u guys have here and I look forward to being an active member.

Iron-y

Well there’s irony for you, I hardly think the reaction when hit in the face with a Dutch mace is to say “good day”
Maybe that’s the sound it makes?
By: Arthur - 29th December 2003 at 21:09
Actually, the Dutch word for mace is ‘Goedendag’ which means Good Day, in the hello- kind of way.
So the mace is a perfectly valid item in this thread. I agree that the axe and women’s clothing are a bit off-topic though.

He won’t like us anymore… Oh well!
Flood.

No, the axe and the bearer are both blunt objects, while the mace is rather sharp (and pointy too) 😀
Notice how we have totally assassinated this guy’s thread? Behold the power of the mace! 😎

Perhaps some pantyhoses to pull over your face when you pay a visit to the local bank with your axe, mace or (as i think Flood is not willing to admit) gauntlet?
By: Flood - 29th December 2003 at 21:03
Nah, its Snapper… Haven’t you seen the pictures?
Lets get this right… The mace is ex Soviet Army and it owns an axe? But they are blunt, too?
Help me!
Flood.

Bah. My mace still owns your stupid axe 😀
And who brought women’s clothes into this? Something you’re not telling us Flood?
By: Arthur - 29th December 2003 at 20:56
An axe is good enough. I’ve got a nice one, stolen from the toolbox on a Soviet Army railroad car. It’s terribly blunt, so that’s why i guess the guy guarding the train didn’t mind.
That, or he was just happy that we left the armour on the train.

Maybe you shouldn’t wear womens clothes when you do it?
Would that work? For you?;)

I used to, but now they don’t want it no more. Seems that some of the places i’ve been have been a little adventurous.
By: Flood - 29th December 2003 at 19:55
And which way;) does your mace swing?:D 😀 😀
Flood.
By: SOC - 29th December 2003 at 19:52
Not the spray kind, the swinging kind
By: Flood - 29th December 2003 at 19:50
A mace? In new handy spray form? Is that ethical?

They can try and trace whatever they want, I wear gloves 😀
Actualyl forget the club, methinks a mace is the way to go really. Gotta get that whole medieval thing going.
By: Flood - 29th December 2003 at 19:45
Oh, you got a club now? Got rid of the axe? Too bloody for you – or might they be able to trace it back to you? Huh.
Flood.
By: SOC - 29th December 2003 at 19:41
Cool , welcome to the club 😀
