Nigel Farage and the EU

Has anyone seen this amazing performance by Nigel Farage on Youtube addressing the EU Parliament ? What an amazing performance and pure theatre with a bite !

He socked it to this bunch of EU incompetant nincompoops big time. Not for the first time does Mr. Farage reveal the sordid truth behind this undemocratic, unelected and wholly undesirable group of jobsworths who in all probability could not hack it if employed anywhere where genuine talent is required.

This is the European dream exposed for what it is; a sham concoction of disparate fools each consumed by a sense of make believe – if we wish it to happen it will happen. I think not. Alice in Wonderland would be a suitable model for the EU and we are paying for it – thru’ the nose.

I think is appropriate

but hopefully this when his political career stumbles to halt when the UK public see through what are laughingly called policies.

Chaps,

Nigel needs demonstrations of our goodwill. He is at the moment, not well. Following the aircraft accident, it is reported that he has had surgery on his back to remove/realign some discs.

I suggest ‘get-well-soon’ cards preferably of the singing variety. May I suggest: “It’s a long, long road a-winding” or the British army words of the sung version of ‘Colonel Bogey’.

Others might have their own suggestions.

This just about sums up all we need to know about how the EU is governed:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/eu/10460389/EU-moves-to-end-travelling-circus-but-French-veto-looms.html

This ridiculous situation crops up fairly regularly, big shouting match, France says “non” and everybody bimbles off their sweet way continuing the farce, nothing actually happens.

Absolutely Linc – bear in mind it is the country, many of its people, its language, its food and wine and its way of life I have loved for 60 years. I can’t stand its politics!!

Just think what good that Β£20.000.000 would do if we didn’t pay it.

Just follow the Bible’s (which pre-dates those judges by quite a bit) guidelines; according to it a man’s life is “Three score years and ten,” so make the sentence 70 years, and we all get some peace.

The ECHR has framed judgments on an individual’s human rights without any reference to that individual’s responsibilities to the society in which he lives, for decades. We should withdraw from it forthwith.

The latest babbling from the court of Human Rights must be manna to Farage, evidently dishing out whole life sentences to multiple killers, in many cases repeat offenders who have been jailed once for murder, then turned loose to kill again, is, wait for it………………………………………..contravening their ( the killers ) human rights.

You couldn’t make it up, the mind boggles, just what planet do these judges hail from.

Now this really is adding spice to the mix!! A remodelled Marine Le Pen leading a remodelled Front Nationale will seriously shake up both French and European politics. Just what the doctor ordered.;)

Is that the same Hollande, President of a European nation fast approaching the quicksands…?? And the French are stuck with him, like it or not…

The same president Hollande who Ed Miliband stood next too and declared…

β€˜This new leadership is sorely needed as Europe seeks to escape from austerity. And it matters to Britain.’

and…

What President Hollande is seeking to do in France and what he is seeking to do in leading the debate in Europe is find that different way forward.

“We are in agreement in seeking that new way that needs to be found and I think can be found.”

Oddly, Miliband has had precious little to say about his chum recently: it’s difficult to imagine the Labour leader jumping to roll out a red carpet to Hollande should he visit London in the near future.

It’s refreshing to see a politician actually admit to a mistake, take full responsibility, and apologise for it.

If it had been Milliband, somehow the coalition would be to blame. Apparently Labour don’t make financial mistakes πŸ˜€
