I have trouble still remembering my left from right as I took the parade so often and had to think opposite in order to get the flight pointing the “right” way…

Why Pikey?……Well, it’s officially just “Pike”…..I used to be an actor before I joined the Army Cadet Force (ACF) and used to do rather good impressions of “Pike” from Dad’s Army and after I accidentally turned right instead of left one day during parade…………….The name “Pike” stuck 😀
