Right here goes in no particular order………..
1. People who drive with their front fog lights on on the clearest of nights. It’s not cool and it dazzles the poor people coming the other way.
2. Teenagers who are crossing the road and when they see are car coming so slow down in the middle of the road.
3. Women in a supermarket who pack all their shopping away and then have to root to the depths of their handbags to find their purse. Did they think it was going to be free and not expect to have to get their purse out. Get it ready !!!!
4. All reality tv shows.
5. When you let people pull out at junctions etc and they don’t have the couristy to thank you.
Ok rant over fire away people.

5. Wasps
Not sure they’re that struck on you either Baz, after your wasp final solution 😉

Indeed. I have spent many thousands of miles on the road and agree with you, that, in general, East European drivers are no worse, and sometimes a lot better than some homegrown drivers.

Except the Pole in an artic this morning who is obviously oblivious to the priority rules at roundabouts. Phew, it was veeeery close!
There’s always one.

1. Over-packaging. I struggle to get my cereal boxes open sometimes.
2. Mobile phones in almost all contexts
3. People who tailgate
4. People who drive with their foglights on when it isn’t foggy
5. People who slag off east European lorry drivers. I drive every day on the M25
and can honestly say that they’re very good drivers.

1. Getting a low grade in a piece of coursework that i put many many hours in too, then being told by the teacher that i did not spend enough time on it! How do they know, are they the strange person parked outside my house all the time:D
2. Chav Drivers – I’m still learning, but when i pass i will be “rolling deep” as we say, but the ones of my generation that decided to act like prats and give us such a bad name just pee me off too much.
3. People who think Africa is just one country
4. Being invited to the most pointless Facebook groups – Do i really care if you will get a tattoo saying Facebook on your neck, or that you will change your name to McLovin. Not particularly.
5 Fellow college students – Argh, they are just so ignorant. And by reaching this age, one would hope that they would have picked up some hygiene after leaving secondary school, or at least had a hair cut. I was all for long hair 12 months ago, but there comes a time where you “gotta man up” and get some self presentation. Manors would be another good change 😎

I am irritated by bad spelling, grammar and ‘txt’ jargon. I sometimes wonder if people spend more time thinking up shorter words instead of typing what they actually mean!

1. ISSUE instead of topic or subject
2. ISSUE instead of problem or difficulty
3. ISSUE instead of problem or difficulty
4. ISSUE instead of topic or subject
5. ISSUE instead of problem or difficulty
It should be used sparingly as an alternative to subject, if that subject has serious connotations. But not hundreds of times every day by speakers and writers who should know better. I heard Martin McGuiness use it 6 times in a couple of sentences the other evening.

3. Fanboys and flamers on the Modern Military Forum…you can’t ask a serious question without someone bashing someone.
4. Graffiti people
5. Well meaning but idiotic people who are still living in the 1960s. Grow up! Woodstock is over, We’re out of Vietnam, Joplin is dead, Garcia was still an addict when he was a senior citizen (anything more pathetic than that?) ……There’s a new world out there!

5. Forty-fivers – those drivers whose sole aim is to do 45mph whether the speed limit is 30 or 60. They’re right up you’re exhaust pipe through the town centre until they overtake in the most dangerous place, and then out of town you catch them up and you can’t get past.
I have a theory that people who only go as fast as 40-45 only do so because that is the highest speed they can see on the spedometer. You will notice that these drivers are normally short, woman and sit with their seat so far forward that the top of the steering wheel obscures the upper portion of the speedometer.
By: Arabella-Cox - 1st February 2010 at 14:42
1. Drivers who slow down to 25 mph to pass speed cameras.
2. People who stand still at bottom of escalators deciding which way to go next.
3. Taxi drivers who use their indicators to tell what they’ve just done instead of what they’re about to do (OK, it’s not just taxi drivers, but they seem to be the main culprits).
4. Anton du Beke.

Reference iPhones/iPods – anyone else here got an Android phone? As I am fully “Googled” it is a very handy, user-friendly bit of kit.
1. Inconsiderate driving – covers thoughtless and selfish driving.
2. Musak, everywhere, including background music to otherwise excellent TV documentaries and dramas.
3. People who cannot talk quietly on their mobiles.
4. “So I said, like, I’m going swimming, like, now, like”
5. The demise of good manners, generally. Or am I just getting old?
By: TheMightyOz - 1st February 2010 at 11:22
1. The drivers who didn’t appear to have noticed it was icy this morning and had crashed all over the place, blocking up the roads and making my 9 mile journey to work take an hour and a half.
2. When I can hear an aircraft but can’t see it, even though there isn’t a cloud in the sky.
3. Drivers who don’t indicate. Seriously, how hard is it?
4. TV adverts for incontinence and constipation products. I really don’t need to see a group of women talking about how hard their poo is!
5. The “music” of Lady Gaga.

Quite correct, other than borrowing a friend’s to make a couple of calls when I had left my own at home..
I have an iPod Touch which does one set of jobs superbly and Nokia phone that looks after my communications needs without the short battery life and general crapness of the iPhone used as an actual telephone.
But if you are happy with the iPhone, then all is well. You’ve made your choice. But it still is neither “big nor clever”. Just a choice.
That was my point and you are going some way to proving it.

5) People who think buying an iPhone is somehow big or clever.
Moggy
It is clever, and incredibly useful piece of kits that means I have to stuff less items into my pocket. Not only that, but it is far more intuitive than any other phone. May I be correct in thinking you have never used one?
By: BSG-75 - 1st February 2010 at 09:35
The only eye contact I would have is when the cyclist is sliding across my bonnet then up the windscreen……I would then pause, operate the wash wipe facility to push him back onto his cycle path whilst carefully flattening his bike.:p
BSG-75, hope your mum’s ok, is there any cctv footage of this incident? maybe a shop system that overlooks the precinct.
Baz
Sprained wrist and bruised hip thanks Baz, also a bit confused and doesn’t quite remember where it was so no go on the CCTV, it was a adult woman with a boy of about 10, the boy hit her, he stopped and the woman (can I say bitch ?) urged him back onto his bike and away.

1 Narcissism
2 Philistines
3 Asinine young drivers who think they’re bullet proof
4 Sanctimonious young gits who think they know better than everyone
