Well, even though any damage would have to be considered to be ‘operator error’, in today’s litiginous society I’m sure you could find someone to sue for having undergone such a devastatingly traumatic experience. Twyford’s maybe?

Many thanks for the tip. Twyfords is as good a place to start and I’ll take it from there…..:)

I think the question is Kev, why do you need to take a mobile to the toilet in the first place?. My wife and I had a meal out the other night in a restaurant, and the people, who were eating and at the same time texting amazed me, also I.M.H.O they should all be switched off in said places.And yes, I do have one.

Lots of things have made me swear today…
1) Getting my foot stood on by 2000lbs of Clydesdale horse;
2) Watching my friend fall off and being dragged along by her pony shortly after;
3) The old sod who thought dawdling along the road from Innerleithen to Penicuik at 40mph was a good thing (it’s a 60); and
4) Spending an excruciating evening with the girl I’ve liked for ages, and her boyfriend. To top it off, the twonk was falling asleep. WTF, dude!? You’re sitting next to one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever met, and you’re asleep?! Hand in your man card, now. You disgust me.
DAZ, 1, Get a smaller horse, they weigh less 😀
2)Tell your friend to get a taller horse, she won’t touch the ground then whan being dragged along.
3) I fall well into the “Old sod” category, and I am the exception to the rule!!
I also get fed up with the over 60s doing 40 in a 60, Even though I fall into that category, I think that every one over 60 should have a test of sorts every 5yrs or so.
4). So, why didn’t you chat her up whilst her boyfriend was asleep, I don’t know, you plonker:D

The only way Bracken could get anywhere near that speed is if he was going downhill with the wind at his back – and a small nuclear explosion chasing him…!
