    No such thing is their? their are no more pedigrees anymore. i mean “modern” planes being built or being researched are all omnirole mongrals.

    well i originally wanted to go to the airshow found out i cant afford the money asked by the tour operators, talked to a friend she was going anyways so said yeay lets do it and then the dates got changed. But i am lucky to be going anyways i dont have to pay for hotels or anything so its great:) and a bit of accidentle aviation isnt going to hurt.

    Yes i think so, i read it in aviation week, amazing magazine! Lot better then flight or AFM.

    They have not decided on millimetric or centimetric radards for it . and they mentioned that it would be similar to the British ASRAAM

    Man they look nice, I don’t know what it is but I like AWACS with the Tail intergrated as one unit, probably less drag involved.

    Depends on how heavy that Antenae thing is really.

    could be efficient or just problamatic

    but seriously comparing the modern DAY us to what the British empire did and achieved you get a scale of how much of a bit player the US is (this is without taking into account socia-economic development because obviously US would not get away with what the Brits did 60years ago)

    what was the British army during world war two? 4+ million or something?

    oh no not yet, the Brits still rule in messing up areas, Israel, Kashmir and some other places in the world come to mind. US is a baby in comparison.

    just read article where they have said that AGATS milimetric radar shall be used on the A-11 to make it all weather , the benifit also includes better aerodynamic performance due to a more “pointy” nose.

    The new missile is also said to have midcourse update but that is bye radar not by helmet cueing.

    Should not even be talking about the F/A-18 or F/A-16 look at all the local aircraft in development and how they have stoped as soon as America has gotten a foot hold.. and we do not need to have aircraft that our lovely neighbour in the west is soo familiar with!

    Go with Russia or France get the Mig-29M2 with the navy mods TV, radar Sagem + other avionics !

    F/A-18 is a bad bad bad idea of for india when it will be facing soo many Su27’s and Su-30’s India needs a fighter that can fight for itself to get some where unsupported by the large masses of F/16’s AWACS E-2000’s etc etc etc etc etc

    India does not that kind of back bone to support a BOMB TRUCK!
