Yep, both right. I wonder if there are any airfields that are/where closer together?

As far as I can see Great Massingham/West Raynham are the closest I have found so far – any more contenders?
Wyton/Warboys not quite so close.

Very hard with so little to go on. Down to knowing the airfield personally, I think!
Private pilots might know it because it is unusual in that the runway is part tarmac/concrete and part grass. It is also, I think, the most easterly in UK.

MPA ?????
After some searching came to the conclusion that MPA = Mount Pleasant Airport, Falkland Islands.
This thread started in the UK, when I put on an overseas one I gave the clue.

I learned a lot about flying FS2002 using the Cessna 182 Nav Trainer available at http://www.navfltsm.addr.com/index.htm It has digital readout elevator trimming and is very easy to use.
