Well they dont threat us any better just so you know:)
My point was just,to make the best out of your life, without worrying about other things. Then only you can go forward.
Good luck to us all from the balkans.I will be happy that day, when we are not in the news even once hehe!

I like big butts… 😀
I wonder how do they manage to avoid radar?
Well if they managed to make a MIRV thats very interesting…
Yeah most of Europe does relate to Albania with mafia and smugglers. And im proud of that. Not bc i like being thought of as a mafia or a smuggles but bc its this Europe that put us in this situation that were in today. So if they thought that we would go to the western Europe to do the dirty labour jobs for english and french after what they did to us, well im glad they got a suprise. :dev2:
Life is what you make of it,and not what Europe makes of your life.
And what did the Europeans do to you?

Thats a great response to the issue at hand…as always.
The difference between Iraq in 91 and Serbia in 99 I would say would be mainly the fact that Iraq’s AD was fully operational and experienced with 10 years of combat…
Who said that Serbian AD in 1999 wasnt fully operational?AD radars and SAMs were in very good condition. It was the airforce and Migs that got poor maintenance.Serbian SAMs (SA-6 and SA-3)got upgraded before the 1999.
If Iraq’s AD was fully operational and had 10 years experience why didnt they shoot any airplane down then(i’m talking about the missiles and not the AA guns)?
There is a level of propaganda in each country fighting the war in order to lift the morale up.
I really dont care if our Mig-29s didnt shoot any NATO airplane down as the odds against them were overwhelming and their airplanes non-functioning.I can only praise the bravery of the pilots that took off to face the enemy even while greatly outnumbered. They could do nothing when a 4-5 AMRAAMs went their way even before they could aquire the NATO airplanes to launch the R-73s.Some were lucky, some unfortenutely not 🙁
That example bravery wasnt present with Iraqi pilots(apart from the sole Mig-25) that fled to Iran during the Desert Storm. However if Iraqi airforce and air defence were trained to co-work better, they migth have had more sucess.
HA! :diablo: I caught you finally telling the truth about what happened ! I will report these findings to Venik 😀 lol
Who’s the bigger dweeb, you for having that second thumbnail there or me for knowing what it was before I clicked on it? 😮
dweeb?:) you mean geek:)
We just need more energy 😀
The first photo represents only an A-10 releasing a flare. As a precaution or while engaged, its hard to tell.
The other photo represents a right engine nacelle of an A-10 that got damaged by a Strela shoulder launched missile during the mission over Kosovo. The airplane landed safely at Petrovec AB in Macedonia.
Here is a low quality photo of the airplane.I have 2-3 better quality ones at home. Will check back to you later about that one,
You guys forgot the German Mistel combination from World War 2!
In 1941 it was proposed to use war weary Ju-88s as flying bombs with Bf-109s as the control airplane. This arrangement offered a range of 1500 km with a 3.5 ton payload. To minimize weight the dive brake hydraulics, anti-dive mechanism, defensive armament, radio and bomb aiming equipment were removed. Even with all this removed the takeoff gross weight was in excess of 20,000Kg. This was right at the weight rating for the Ju-88s tires. This necessitated takeoffs from runways only, as any imperfection could spell disaster.
I am of the opinion that Bulgaria cannot afford those airplanes at the moment of in the near future.I mean they struggled to get money to modernize their Mig-29s and are closing a lot of airbases in order to reduce operational costs.
And if Rafale and F-18 both get in the race for the new Bulgarian airplane, there will be a lot of politics involved
Both Serbia and Crotia operate Mig-21s but i dont think these ever got to engage each other.I guess each side chose to deal with the threat with SAMs.
It would have been an interesting thing, to see how Migs would compare against each other.Of course, everything depending on the pilots.
