Having worked on this on and off since 2005, I can at last call this model 99.9% done! I still have to add a few smaller details on the engine and the aileron trim system, but that’s about it!
The current colour scheme is that of an FG-1A of VMF-114 during this unit’s stay at Peleliu, where it carried out close air support and napalm strikes.
Once the last few tidbits are added, I’ll do some proper action renders of it.
