I don’t see any risk in a head-on attack with an Me 262 on a B-24… surely the average pilot can deal with such closure speeds! 😮

That DC-6 picture reminded me of this Dutch Naval Air Service Orion buzzing Valkenburg air base. Brings back memories… my high school was next to the base and I did a 5-month trainee ship there. All gone now, thanks to some political BS decisions… :confused:

While at it, also a Dutch Starfighter doing a seriously low pass.

Redhill isn’t too far from where I live, but the airshow program and the weather didn’t prove too promising. Your photos show otherwise though 🙂

But in this case with Prowlers flying through mountains, I believe the low flying bit was censored, as it was a bit too messy… 🙁
