Get rid of all the bloody managers on stupidly huge salaries, and bonuses ( The same for the Consultants, no more 30 – 80k bonuses. ) get all the NHS Trusts to use the same equipment, same computer software, etc. and stop buying everything at the sky high prices they seem to buy, when all together, they could negotiate a sensible cost for everything they buy with the purchase power they wield.

Not quite, there are a couple of devices about that can be amalgamated into something that could be used to track peoples whereabouts, but they would need to be scanned to get the data, the band given to ASBO are capable to offer GPS units, but the unit would need a cut down GPS cell phone to be able to transmit real time tracking.

You scan it, like you do in the supermarket, basically it’s the same deal as you get a ‘chip’ for your dog or cat, but this would have a larger capacity to store the GPS data, plus you have a real time ‘search and recover’ facility built in…

Yes, but with real time movement tracer, that with GPS the persons movement is stored into the chip, like you get with a Smart-Phone or Tablet if you use Google Earth, it will show you on the map within a metre of where you are…

Anyone entering our country whether refugee, or immigrant will be fitted with microchip tracer which can be quickly implanted under the skin and is slightly larger than a piece of long grain rice.

It is then coded with a unique number that can be read by a scanner and is electronically linked to a database with the persons details, movement is stored on the chip.

Said microchip is traceable wherever the person goes at all times, if it is tampered with in any way it immediately sends an alert to the data base and the Police.

Anyone entering or has been living in this country for the last 15 years will be fitted with the tracer chip, if the person does not agree to the chip being implanted, they will be given and external device that will be fitted to their leg, any tampering with it will alert said Police.

Those fitted with the above will need to visit the Police twice a week, failure to do so will necessitate a warning, 3 warnings will mean said person will be deported.
