I too am extremely impressed with Aeroplane, it’s got an identity of it’s own now. Well done Ben.
While we are on the subject has it flown much lately, and is Martin Phillips flying it himself yet?

Crickey, is it really 2 years since it flew? Time is pretty scarey
Well it made very good money at that, being realistic considering it will need re-commissioning to make it airworthy. No doubt others will disagree.
Only £2,500 Wow! Grab it while you can betore someone else does.
No, not for me, £2500 is way out of my price range, much as I like Spitfires:)
No that’s fine Brian, well done, it’s a nice piece.
Did you buy it Brian?, I just missed out on it.:)
Good site thanks for the info K5054NZ
Were these plates that were advertised in Warbirds Worldwide for NH523, from the Gloucestershire area with an asking price of about £20-30K?
Thanks Simon
Thank you Bruce and Mark 12 for the update.
So what channel will it be on or is it a thing you watch on the computer? Sorry to ask.
50K flying if you were lucky to have the right buyer, 20k would be good as it stands. I daresay they’ll do much better than that though, it will be interesting to see how it all pans out.
Wow they are expecting to get a lot for it. According to G-INFO the airworthiness certificate expired in 1998. Buyers premium on top aswell.
Good to have one here anyway, no matter who owns it. I’ll look forward to seeing it in due course.:)
