Say GROO PIE… Indian told the same about having chai (cofee) in Lahore… That was shorter distance. They never had chai. Andf I have to say that I have more respect tfor Indians then your failed experimental soldiers in Chechnia and Afghanistan. And I doubt that a country wich murdered almost every chechen can look outside its border without realising that their communism was the worst invention ever… Just remember Stalin.. He even opted for Germany… We all know how much Russian had to pay that with their precious blood…

Talking about a pride nation with economy based on crime and you know what… Your forces are almost bankrupt and stay alive with wodka and foreign aid from India and Russia. Don’t get to excited about other developing nations. It is mtter of time before Russia is nothing more then history… How are your fanatic groups these days? Almost same atttude and intellect as hitler jugens damals…

The Russian lost their war against Taleban fighters with modest arms. Even with poor trained fighters and only Stingers for airdefence the Russians had to bug to Mosqwa… They tried several a2a tactics and failed. They tried to start a bigger war but Pakistan just defended. We all know Stalin regime or just look how much a soldier is worth in Enemy at the gates… What is Russia now? Just a beggar… The US laughs…

No I am not. Just intrested. Why else would I be so active? Just to flame? I don’t think so…

So do not start advicing other to ignore cause they are smart enough to decide… Let us move on… Here the details:

According to the agreement, India will have to make an advance payment of around $350 million within 45 days.

“The first delivery will take place after 44 mo-nths, the second after 53 mo-nths and the third after 59 months,” said a defence ministry official.
India , Russia and Israel had signed a tripa-rtite agreement for AWACS in October 2003. “The deal to-ok long as we wanted AWACS tailored to our specifications,” said a source.

With AWACS, India has purchased a spectrum of air defence and surveillance systems from Israel , which includes Aerostat radars, ‘Sea-rcher-II” and “Heron” UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) and the advanced “Green Pine” fire-control radar (which can detect and track incoming missiles from around 500 km away).

Khan or Munir… It is personalizing and arraogant. I do have nothing against objective posts. Flames? Not me. And since you are the one telling others to ignore a post it shows how ignorant you are… Got it?

And how un-nice it seems to be… I am looking for the first Indian being positive about Pakistan. It shows how much open minded huge nations are.

About FT2000… It is more tested and known model then the L15… And L15 is all commercial idea of the company while FT2000 is more government action with probably export secured by Pakistan.

Since Q5, J6 and J7 are going to be history I doubt that China will lean on J11 and J10 only. Besides that it has different usage. Maybe J10 is more high tech this moment but it is built earlier and there are still a lot of western avionics to get that are better then J10 avionics. I hve been discussing it before that a larger radar is not that important these days. Gripen showed how to use ground or other radars in one picture and without using own radar means less noise… And since both will have SD10…

Any upgrades for the Indian planes (past or future)?

Maybe it helps if some here start to see reactions as a medium to communicate and not to act stubborn and arrogant. I have seen many Indian reactions against any other countries. But after collective bashing it was quiet for a short period. Some start doing the same… I am talking about the person with the nickname “Indian”. If I was here to flame then I would not bother being so nice or objective about IAF. Think about that.

I would rather say it is a mix with FT-7 (large dorsal fins) and PG wings. But the wings are not the same! No flaps.

Is there an option that AMRAAM was not used?

Don’t attack me. I am allways extremely positive about IAF (planes and pilots) and even defend the Bison. But I am constructive about it… Not flaming only…

You know how much these coutnries are related. So when almost every Pakistani topic is flamed with anti Pakistan remarks and IAF relationship… But I do see a clear connection with getting an advantage over PAF with getting AWACS. And we all read how much debate is going on so… Do not feel offended but just to communicate about some clouds ahead. Afterall China AWACS was ended in much more down the road trip…

You are actually intrested? Man, I feel honoured. wait. If you ask a pilot then he will never tell you about losing battles. Strange since winning means that the other lost. It is comparable with fundmanagers that allways love to tell about 200% profit… But never tell about losing a lot more… Indian airforce is not an average. I do believe that. It has nice material and probably enough money (I do think we can skip that cause they buy almost every option these days) to get decent pilots. But to say that they are superior to everything. I am not sure and I do not believe pilots cause every pilot thinks he is the best and his plane is the superior… But thanks for listening.
