Scapa, Highland Park and Islay for me………….

I love Highland Park! My favourite whisky for a special occasion though is Glenfiddich 15 – a good one to have in for Christmas.

Give me Famous Grouse, Glenfiddich and Glenlivet any day!

Nobody seems to complain and not a word about it from the RSPCA, Animal Defenders or any other animal welfare organisations! I believe it is all down to trying avoid upsetting the Muslim minority!

So some animal organisations do campaign against slaughter, and that includes ritual slaughter.

Cruelty to animals makes me so angry – the punishment should fit the crime but they’ll get a slap on the wrist and claim they are discriminated against and misunderstood etc. Absolutely disgusting.

There was lots of publicity about Armed Forces Day where I live, mainly owing to the fact that the Lancaster was expected. That proved to be a big disappointment for lots of people who came here specially to see the Lanc when it didn’t show up. I had hoped to get a video of it with my new camcorder, will have to wait and see where it is to display next in North Yorkshire so I can go and see it.

Brilliant – I love props. The Fokker 27 was a superb aircraft to fly in, it had the edge over the Fokker 50 by the fact that it had much larger windows which were better for viewing and taking photos (especially good when you’re flying over somewhere like Iceland which is where I had my Fokker 27 flights :D)
