Oh right, because my Dad and brother works there and there is only 1 A380 at Heathrow at the moment.
There may only be one at the moment buts that doesnt mean to say others arent elseware
Matt – if you go to Bodney please have a good look at the B.6(m) as she deserves a better fate as the last surviving example of a 51 Squadron machine.
not wanting to sound stupid but what is a b.6(m)
Ive never heard of one
Cheers
I shall have to go to jersey to see the airshow…seen everything else.
Its a beautiful place to go and to live…lets hope they have some a/c engineering jobs there in a few years as its hard to live in a place like that as they have strict entry rules.
Tho its a lovely place for a holiday 1 week is just not enough ๐
In my neck of the woods that is ๐
No ‘war reserve’, just Ground Instructional Airframes.
Thats what ive been told from someone who went along for a visit?
Correct me if im wrong
Please enlighten me, why would the MOD buy back spares for an aircraft out of service?
Paul
They have a “war reserve” at cosford also trainee enginerrs use them to strip down and get moden jet experience
So if the russians attack i should think they might be brought back into service ๐
i miss the AEF video aswell
O dont worry the current ones a laugh as well ๐
Aww lucky you…. i had a rather good day yesterday
Cant wait for the september show
Great pics by the way
it’s somewhere deep in the shed of doom along with half a million other pieces of what James May delightfully describes as ‘Mancrap’ ๐
We all love and have mancrap ๐
What I would do? Buy a KeilKraft kit, scale up the plans. Robert’s your mother’s brother.
Thats a very good idea ๐
Cheers so far guys
