Both fly to Rome’s second airport, Ciampino. For service quality, easyJet is often considered to be somewhat better than Ryanair but I guess that can be quite subjective. I guess it all comes down to which offers the better schedule, the cheaper price etc…

I think this is a difficult question to answer. The 7e7 and 380 are very different aircraft and will inevitably serve different marketplaces. I think the 380 will sell quite well among those airlines with large 744 fleets plus rapidly growing carriers such as Emirates. The 7e7 should be a good replacement for the 757, 767, 310 and (potentially) 330 as well as plugging the gap between the 757 and 767/310.
