I assume she has been repainted at leat in part as I have seen pictures of her on the gate at Scampton as OL-Q.

Carrying on from a recent thread, wouldnt it be nice if PA474 was painted as Queenie in her next respray, Sugar in Hendon and Queenie in the air, a fitting tribute to her crews. And then they could roll Sugar out and have a picture of her on the ground with Queenie flying over.

And then they could paint London Bridge pink

And then……….NURSE!!!!

That’ll be because they cant sex this one up. Forced landing as per the book no one hurt so no story really.

Another forum confirms the aircraft was G-OTAF.

Looking for a 08.30 – 09.00 (mrs Fence depending) departure from Just south of Abingdon to arrive at Old Warden between 10 and 10.30 ish, will plot an extremely cunning route tomorrow morning.

Any idea of the idea time to get there. I am probably 1 1/2 hours drive away. Are they as organised as Duxford?

I’m only stressing because Sunday looks like its going to be the idea Shuttleworth day as far as weatehr goes and I dont want to get caught up in crowds getting in.

Am I getting too worried? Or worse still am I getting too used to Duxford:D

Inheritance Tax (if that is what Flying A was caught by) as I am learning to my cost at the moment has a lower limit of £250k and is paid at a rate of 40% after that

Back of fag packet calculations are that the bill will be £24Mil, I am glad you dont feel the need to worry about £24Mil can I have some of what you are on:D

I know they are still left with a lot but 24Mil is 24Mil 😮
