I’d be surprised, considering CO fly to MAN (only 35 miles from LPL) and Flybe’s status as a lo-cost airline versus CO’s status as a full service carrier.

Just found it, end of Nov for the terminal work. So that won’t be ready.

I would imagine they’d go back up and when there is a slot in the flightpath that is when they go back and try the approach again.
I have seen missed approaches at EDI – mostly too low –
pilots go around and line-up again… low on fuel? I believe
aircraft have to be loaded with enough reserve for such contingencies.?
