Here she is.
Great! Hope they keep the livery for an EDI visit. 😀

I am sure that this is probably a common sight elsewhere, but a former Ansett 737 still in full colours, apart from a Jet2 fwd cabin & lower cargo door, has just landed at Stansted. The aircraft is G-CELA.
Well I was excited anyway 😀
Anyone get a pic.?

Yes, but the crowd are too close to satisfy UEFA standards. They’ll need to fly out on a Lockheed C-5 Galaxy, Murrayfield MkII to ensure enough room and comfort. (LMAO) :dev2:
They now have the biggest spectator-capacity homeground,
all the air-space they can get will make them feel more
comfortable.

Hmmmm…. another previously untapped market for the A380, perchance? 😉
A game of two decks? Excellent! :dev2:

Yes, but a lot of the EK flights are 2 stop. Their 777’s are godawful charter configured aircraft and they lack the range to fly to Oz. Most flights are UK-DXB-SIN-OZ.
They don’t have UK-DXB-Sydney or Brisbane? 🙁

Great photos Joe, Newcastle United are also playing in the UEFA cup tomorrow night against Bnei Sakhnin of Israel. NUFC flew out on a Arkia 757-300.
Doing a bit of training on the way out…have you seen the length of a 757-300 ailse.?

Excellent pics, I think it (A310) may have visited for the French Rugby international as well, but then it was plain white?
Correct! I saw a pic somewhere.. 😉
