OK, longwinded but here we go, about 10 years ago I started Carpetbagging building societies and mutual insurers by putting £100 in an account and wailing for them to convert to PLC’s thus releasing shares and cash to members. I have bagged over £10,000 !!!!

I used to belong to a carpetbagging forum (hense the bag) and when I came to register I was eating Cheese on toast at the time, thus the Cheese bit!!!

Nothing to do with aviation I know, but it’s stuck.

I’ve been many times, in fact I’m on the BY flight to FAO tomorrow morning at 06-10 from BHX….Typical of med type airports, built on a large yellow metal substructure. A viewing roof (not good views but you get a good tan…..) If you go upstairs to the left of the retaurant you can see the arrivals baggage all through glass windows.

Went on a 732 BY in those colours back in ’86 BHX-FAO, can’t remember the reg although I think it was nicknamed “sir Frances Chichester”
