I think it should be put to the poll for readers for the magazines.
Its time we cut down on them all and just make one of each.
There are way too many car & train magazines.
With aircraft I think Aviation News,Air International,Airforces Monthly,Airliner World & Airports should be put into one and Just called Aviation News take the heritage part out and then merge Aeroplane & Jets together with Flypast and then keep the name Flypast.
Todays world only wants one magazine to read on Airforces,Airliners,Airports & bases and another on Historic.
Its the same as Buses you should buy Bus & Coach Preservation and Classic Bus and just merge it
I use to collect all the magazines and it took up space and I have now got rid off all as I just finally saw that I only want the internet. Magazines have gone up in price & paper is changing and getting rubbish on printing on some.
Im sorry but come on just make one magazine on modern & one on historic not loads
Oh before I forget please get rid of Aeroplane Icons
Number 36 on Ebay now

Thankyou everyone this helps.
If im right ASI had done BAC 1-11 5N-BAB that was at Hurn back in 1996/7 time ??
Plus G-ARAY HS748
What has happened to there base at Alton are they still there ??
The RAF Museum example that was owned by British Airways sorry Mike I should have said it more better.
This country needs to stop sending our troops to places that we do not need to be in we have lost so many men.
The Government needs to start thinking of what usage these aircraft are for we have spent money on the TSR.2 and was cancelled the Tornado updates the Harrier updates all now a distant past.Next you know the Eurofighter will be cut and waisted.
The houses they should build on places that have empty buildings as we seem to loose countryside.
Its generations that’s what love the aircraft and its too late when we scrap them.
We spend way too much on types that are too many flying the Spitfire is too much and everytime when one goes up it ends up crashing at some point.
Older aircraft should stay on the ground and be saved the Vulcan should have stayed on the ground and saved us money im sorry but its a waiste
One should have gonto the Classic Airforce and joined the VC-10.
Iwm Duxford would be able to open it up to the public like the Concord.
Its about time this country saves aircraft.
If you go to the states you find every type that the USAF have operated is saved as much as it can be.
We have lost so many types the Bac 1-11 is one type that is not good on preservation there are only 4 of them preserved and we have lost a lot of them.
XX919 is just a cockpit so this can not be put down as a full aircraft XX105 was preserved but then got scrapped.ZE432 & ZE433 have now been chopped with one just as a cockpit.
G-AVMN was sold to Denmark G-AZMF was saved but then lost and is now acting as a half of a fuselage.
All the Okada Air aircraft are sitting rusting and not one can be pulled out and saved
The VC-10’s are lucky but we lost the RAF Museum aircraft.
The Trident has gone down so much
Its time for a museum just to say yep we will have that so many generations can have them the B707.B727,B737,B747,B757,B767 & later the B777
Plus the DC-3,DC-4,DC-6
It will never happen because this country wants to waiste money on sending our troops to places that we do not need to be in.Waiste money on towns that do not need rubbish.
Its time to look at aircraft that have taken or operated in the UK so we can be over the moon that they have done us proud.
They need to hurry up and get them out of the UK otherwise it will be 2 late.
Im so surprise the RAF Museum didn’t have the special scheme tristar or IWM Duxford
