In fact Google Street View only applies to a limited number of countries where permission may have been granted or where Google made the effort with their camera cars. There are no towns or villages in the Russian Federation that can be seen on Street View. I knew it wouldn’t work, but I did try the little orange man on the Zhukovsky airfield just for the hell of it…

That may well be the case, however, how many F16s are there compared to the Tornado GR4s?.

Oh, I wasn’t trying to say that the Tornado airframe couldn’t clock up the hours. I take it then that many individual GR4s should have up to 6,000 hours flying time on them?

Last I heard, the USAF done 6 million hours on the F-16.
But yes, I million hours is good going and a lot of expertise gained. What’s the figure for the Tornado F2/F3?

The Puma could really be classed as both Historic and Mod Mil, the aircraft is 30 – 40 years old but it is still in service. :p

That could describe half of the operational aircraft in NATO – many aircraft in many country’s air arms are about that age.:)
