Being ex RAF is a very wide job description given that trades have varied so much and length of service influences the variety of jobs done. The task is to manage an organisation with the resources available and get as near as possible to the aims of the museum. So why narrow the pool of prospects by insisting they are ex RAF? The more recent times have in my view marked a change for the better in the RAF museum,especially in co operation with other museums.But much of that is not well known unless you closely follow the small news items.

A large proportion of their fleet can fly ,they will be showing them at the Coventry open day airshow in early May.
