Dreamweaver is good if you know how to use it proplrly with flash etc. If you’re looking for an easy effective build try using Front Page. It’s not the best but its satisfactory. I used it to make my site because it was a quick easy build. Fiddling around withit for a while helps alot for learning what things do. A good photo editing kit like photoshop is also handy. Jave you decided what host you are going to use yet. Remember not all hosts will be compatible with Front Page make shure you check it out first. http://www.34sp.com apparently is pretty good. Have a look at that.
