FL should go ahead. We need to send a message to the people who carried out the attacks on London, that the British people regardless of race, color or creed will not be divided. Nor will we be bowed, nor will we be broken.
At FL on the weekend there should be a two minutes silence for two world wars and the victims of today.
This great country has survived two world wars, and in my life time the IRA.
The only way to combat the terrorist is to stick together and pull Together.
As I sit here writing this I have not been able to contact a good mate, who is Tube driver on the Met Line, I just hope Aid is safe.

Firebird, good post mate. When you read his obituary it brings home the horrors he must have seen at such a young age.
A truly remarkable man.
My great great uncle KIA at Paschendaele in October 1917.

My vote go’s to Erich Hartman.
Not only because of the sheer numbers he shot down, but of his age and the type aircraft he shot down, i.e. the Stormovik. Not the easiest aircraft in the world to shoot down.
Well that my tupence worth, over to you guys.

What about Goshhawk Squadron by Derek Robinson for WW1 and for WW2
Scramble by Bob Braham

Auster Fan, Me and my 2 mates went on board Sally B and we were asked to signed a petition about the insurance hike and the EU silly new law. All 3 of us sign the petition. Other than the petition I did not see any display to draw the attention of the public to this issue.
I copied and pasted Darrens letter and sent to one of my Euro MP last week ( I hope you don’t mind Darren). I will some time this week send a letter to my MP Mrs Margaret Hodge. She knocked on my door last Wednesday, asking for my support (which she got before anybody asks). She said, if I have any problems she would be willing to help me. All I had to do is contact her. I will write to her about the Sally B and I remind her of very kind offer.
As I am not the worlds greatest letter writer, if any you gentleman could give some pointers in this matter I would be really gratefully.
Dave
