The supposedly Syrian MiG-25 photo has been around for ages now, it’s rather disappointing to see that it’s a fake.

As for the Gazelle serials, Arthur, I don’t think there’s a discrepency here. These are almost certainly photos of the same helicopter, although 2 must have been taken a while later because the door is open and the rotor could be missing. I’m no expert on Syrian serialing, but it seems they have one local number ond one from the manufacturer. The example residing in the IDF/AF museum wears an Arabic 1222 but is 1659, while Arabic 1333 is in fact 1787.

Syrian MiG-21. I don’t like this photo, there’s almost nothing in it.

From a Lebanese newspaper at the time of the 1973 war, a Mi-6. This could be Iraqi though, I’m not sure when Syria adopted the two-star instead of the three-star emblem.

Yes, yes, hospitals, ethnic cleasing, aliens from outer space, but what about the NATO planes supposedly shot down? A little factual basis would be nice, not going off topic. I fail to see any substance in Serb claims.

Scientist: Pakistan Didn’t Know of Leaks

    specifically :

After years of international suspicions and denials, Musharraf said for the first time last month that “individuals” had sold Pakistan’s weapons secrets for personal gain.

    or

Officials say Khan has confessed to sending sensitive centrifuge technology to Iran, Libya and North Korea. “Disused equipment” was also sent to Malaysia for reconditioning before being forwarded to the other countries, they said. Libya also received designs for a nuclear bomb from Pakistan, European diplomats say.
