Ok ok ,i know good old AC needs a scrub,all AVP aircraft including “my” Trident G-AWZK will be washed the week before easter!!:rolleyes:

I saw it aat MAN yesterday,its not the first aircraft to have a red nose,Excaliber Airways A320 sported one years back (i saw it while boarding a flight to the states):cool:

Dont forget you cannot sit in the flightdeck of “any” Concorde apart from ours at MAN!!!:eek:

Im gonna have to say Manchester (Technical Tours lasting an hour) £20-00 engine bay doors open and guided tour underneath,and about 10 mins on the flightdeck(sitting in it no perspex) you sit in the forward cabin seats and have a real thouough talk about the technical side of things.Oh and i look after OAC and the other aircraft so im biast.If you book for easter my Trident will be open along with the RJX and DC-10,added bonus is you can spend the rest of the day at the AVP which is right next to the taxi ways and main runways great for taking photos.:D

Oh and you may even get to se me on the Trident!!

Kevinwm,we are indeed planning to open the aircraft to the genral public maybe Easter if all goes to plan.

Hi Ren,id like to restore the wing to it’s full span but there is not the room for it at present,it would end up taking out half the approach road.

Tommyinyork,this aircraft will never fly again lots of cutting and grinding has gone on (i would not wanna fly on it to be honest) G-AWZM at Wroughton could!!
