The wave machines never did get the serious research it need(s)ed.
Like tidal, benefits of Tide are obvious, it happens twice a day…rain or shine, wind or not.
But, all the gubbins and mechanics are underwater, maintenance costs are a nightmare. It would need doing daily, seeweed and other bits would need clearing from the kit, or from the filters of the kit.
Maybe wave kit/machines are also difficult to maintain too.
Osmosis power never got alook in either, exploiting the saline sea vs fresh water in a large tube with a membrane bottom. The pressures or the vacuum created can be immense, ergo energy.
I like windfarms, they are hypnotically beautiful and a darn site prettier than pylons.
I don’t watch news or buy a paper and I’ve only just heard this news off the better half.
I feel a part of my upbringing has gone. Not only did he install into me a sense of humour which has got me through some bad times, but as said above, a genuine warm gent.
And, don’t forget he had a singing voice worthy of far more credit.

>>>> Hospital / yawn, my heart bleeds.a loveley outcome from beurocrats thinking ” care in the community ” actualy works if you have no family support in todays britain.
>>>> Plenty of support available, start with hostels, get back into the habit of being responsible.you have but two endings on the street or in prison !! a lot don’t fancy prison and try to keep out hence they are on the street !!
>>>>No, that’s the tosh.
mental conditions include P.T.S.D. (again incidentaly mostly ex services ) for one and a whole list of others the absolute last people they want to see is some middle class pratt from an office that has absolutely no idea of why they are there and that think one size fits all cures exist
>>>> there is a zillion charities for PTSD.sorry it far from works out that way
there is one guy on the streets i stop and talk to regular you can give him a house , a regular income , and yadda , yadda

>>>> Person I know has lost house / wife / kids and job in a spell of two months.
He rented a poohole of a flat in a ghetto for £20 a week (This was 2008!), damper than you can imagine. It took him a year of dole but he pulled out of it.

No matter the budget cuts, Tory, Labour or the other lot in power….there is actually no need for anybody in the UK to be scrounging in the Street. The welfare system is the envy of the world (It costs us a fortune to upkeep of course) and there is provision for all. Of course, some of the homeless choose not to be involved with “authority”, their choice.
And that’s the opinion of my wife, a Local Authority Social Worker for 30 years, and a damn good one.

Pilot critical.
I’m surprised there is enough of him left to determine as critical. Good luck to his recovery.
And now Ladies and Gents..you really must listen to Santana “Guitar Heaven”. Oh, it certainly is.
All cover versions, special guests singing. Some are better than the original, dare I say.

Booze fridge in the back?
Proper window blinds and compartment seperation for those special times with little boys.
Some parts of Catholicisim is as fundementally sick as any other extremist believers in imaginary friends.
Don’t forget, the original popes got into office by mass murder. The handbag on fire is to keep the smell of the poor at bay. Based on great respect of the common people isn’t it.
Get shut of him, his churches and all the others too.

Yes, a lot of bull in his story as per the poster above.
It seems you were being conned or about to be conned. Have you checked your belongings?
Your kindness is saintly, but the truth is that genuinly desperate people don’t approach strangers in the street and invent a sympathy tale. You getting the Vicar involved (Or any 3rd party) probably spooked him.
