I took a tour of the Boeing Everett plant last week, according to the tour guide, the 7E7 will be built in 2 years, ready for flight tests in 3 years. That day on the ramp, there were 2 SQ 777, an SQ 747-400F, VN 777, in one of the paint hangers was yet another SQ 777. I think Airbus made this comment after having weight problems with the A380, which I was suspecting all along, no matter how mighty that plane might be, they will have to make a sacrifice of either pax or Cargo.
Forget Political Correctness, people in this country (USA) have gotten so Anal about this sorta thing that it’s getting rediculus. They should hassle everybody, White, Black, Asian, Middle-Eastern, Native-American, Pacific Islanders… I went through hell last week in Canadien Customs, just because I was only staying 1 Day in Vancouver!! I was in Customs for about an hour, they went through my bags, asking me all types of questions, it was nerve-wracking! I’m thinking to myself, this is the way they treat their Neighboring Countries Citizens?!?! I do have some photos from the Fairmont Airport Hotel there in lovely Vancouver, which I will be posting soon, I hope…
This is very unacceptable…
This is a great idea.
I like the livery on the A330 that comes here to LAX.
One of United’s LAX-ORD flights is a 744, this is only a 2½-3 hour flight.
I appologize for this question being off subject, Are the Fire Suppressor handles on the overhead console on an ERJ?
No Ailerons? How in the name of hell does it make turns??
True Pablo…
Maybe the PIA pilots don’t know how to land the a/c all that well, are hard on the brakes…
If it was registered in Scandinavia, it has a US tail number.
Those brake discs are made of magnesium, so they can easily catch fire…
Don’t forget about the DC-8, which came into service about the same time as the 707…
Sounds like a good plan. UA has Ted, DL has Song here in the USA.
That rules!!
