Not very clever, but the Exeter Airport say it will land at 00.15. Why not call Air Mediteranee at 335.34.48.20.00 or Exeter Airport at 01392-367-433?
Edit. They are also expecting BE706 from Newcastle at 00.15, so I guess the airport is open.
That’s great news, I was afraid this story was getting cold! Don’t forget to read Maurice’s web site, when you have a few hours to spare!:)
When o when will somebody paint that stupid smirk out?
Tillerman.
Don’t you recognize the ‘come on’ look?:D Come and GET ME quick!:)
How about a link if possible please
Link for the video or the crash? Here is the crash link, not a pretty sight. When you hear of write offs, this can usually be taken with a pinch of salt as the engineers work miracles in Alaska and South America, but this one doesn’t look as though it will receive the kiss of life. QTM file will be posted at the weekend.
Cheers dude.
I wonder why she flys over Hexham each night when there is nothing at all commercial over during the day.
She knows you are watching and wants to yank your chain!:D
Done a search or two, no trace, do you know how much football/rugby stuff there is out there?! (RFC)

Sad news, wish this had been an old story………..:( The plane was restored in 2004.
Cannot trace that particular registration, but An-12, UN-11014 belongs to ATMA.
It doesn’t get much later than today for the end of May and no news is……….no news.:( Aren’t there any Forum members in the Bournemouth area to provide information?
On retirement from flying G-AFFD was used as a training airframe by Chelsea College at its facility at Redhill for many years. Its primary purpose was to allow trainee ground engineers to run up the engines. As hangar space was limited the outer wings were removed and scrapped. When we (MAPS) recovered it from Redhill it looked exactly as shown in the photos – silver with a red cheatline.
and wingless!
So where did the replacement wings come from?
Ask and it shall be given!
