If I buy an item off eBay, Pay with Paypal but the seller doesnt send the item and closes the Paypal account, what happens? Apparently, Paypal give you a refund and not the seller…

Don’t count your chickens before they are hatched. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Just the mention of Nigeria tells you it is a scam, I guarantee it. If this is an e-bay transaction, you report it as a scam to [email]cshelp@ebay.com[/email] and they might investigate it. 🙂
