welcome
Some nice shots there “flyingants” and welcome to the forum especially as I also use Norwich airport as my local “spotting fix” site. http://aircraftspotting.co.uk/ I have put a link on here for you that you might find handy as it gives a brief but interesting insight as to what goes on at most airfield sites as-well as Norwich.
Look forward to more photos and especially like the G-BUXS shot and citation with the old daff’s it makes a pleasant photo:) might see you up there sometime and happy snapping.JB
Yes good observations Keith and by 738,as you can tell I’m not one for the doc’s side of life either:).So it may just pay to look into it as to why the tail is an ice blue shade a couple of tweeks away from the fuselage colour.I shall checkout some more Thompson photos on airliners.net to see what you were on about 738 with the winglet logos.
I’ve just been tracking the step daughters flight/UAE16 on flightradar24.com about 10 min’s before going into Dubai for an overnight stop. Its the first time I’d done this and its quite addictive when you know there is a personal connection involved with it.Thanks for good feedback..Cheers.JB:)
You are probably near the truth there, anyway red tape is always a krypton factor puzzle in the land of instructions in the admin., world.:)
Thanks EGTC it does appear a little confusing by the info given but someone will know whats accurate and not.Perhaps the time in weeks given between the dates may be an admin., period:).Either way it was a treat for the metal tube fans as I really am a whirlybird fan.Cheers..JB.
lovely shots taken in an environment they fly best in and it makes me feel my age as I clearly remember these coming into service when I was young and fit.Now having to cope with arthritis I don’t know what hurts most seeing them go or my foot:confused::)
some nice photo’s in a good natural setting.seems a good opportunity came your way and you made the most of it.:)
Thanks for the local support unit :)in saving the thread before history classed it as a no goer.It was strange day “begora” as Tink turned up and got some with his compact so was surprised not to see it on his channel, and even the other lads the “flyingant’s” got some in so was surprised it didnt get put up.
When no one else highlighted its visit I thought I,d post it on but it never created a stir, still thats how it goes sometimes in this game. :)Anyways good of you to write and enjoyed your last little lot and Tinks as well on the other channel.Oh well back to the other thread where I’m stirring a little controversy soup for supper.Ha,Ha.:rolleyes::) CheersJB. P/s I think we learn our skills from each other in this game but thanks for the nice compliment anyway.
why bother with the experts when you have done a brilliant job yourself:).The whole set is so well taken, thanks for posting.
A mate of mine accidentally ate a daffodil bulb, although he suffered food poisoning and was rushed into hospital the doctors said he would be out by spring.:)

A good set again keith and by the looks of it you didn’t miss too much.I snapped an irish air corps learjet last week and it went by without a stir(maybe they aren’t popular:))Anyway its a good day weather wise today so who knows what might turn up.we just need some planes now.:)cheers.jb
Some really nice shots with a good backdrop and a good mix of types. The Singapore 777 is spot on and can you remember any of your shooting settings from the day.Cheers..JB:)
A nice selection of stuff that makes a change from the usual piccie,s.The lightning shot was interesting with the activity going on around it and the Beagle terrier and lansen were well taken. Thanks for posting.:)
Nice set Darren with a nostalgic retro look about them..Cheers.JB
Thanks for the info on the 11 and have clocked the location from the other thread you highlighted.Just got to get the time now for a recee..cheers..JB
