Hi Keith,
Good catches I knew you’d be somewhere as I was at my usual spot and will post mine tomorrow.Getting lazier by the day.:)
I,ll second that one on the wings up seahawk, some nice shots and like the cap’s low flypast.Cheers.JB.:)
Nice selection Keith and don’t forget the Reds will be up there today.:D
A good set of photos with some nice angles, looks like it was worth the effort going.Thanks.
Shot 3 of the typhoon nicely caught.
The Beech 18 and Spartan have really been caught well and the nice “detail” for me out the set was of the row of car bonnets and that brilliant blue/green Ford Pop bonnet colur bringing the photo alive.:)
Hi Again….To you Interflug62m and as the youth of today say,”No problem” as little errors like that easily happen.I did notice you mentioning you had some dealings with Air UK and it interested me.
They used Newcastle a lot and one of my jobs back in mid 70s while working for Servisair at N/cle was to supply generator power clean them on turn around and do chocks and what not.Things seem to go and come so quickly its only when you see them in a museum do you stop and reflect.
Jim Denyer was the outgoing manager at N/cle at the time an ex Mosquito pilot and I just think of the photo opportunities I now missed as I wasnt interested in photography at the time.Still nice to talk to you and hash up the past a bit.Cheers….:)
Spit and buchon is a class shot.:)
Some lovely stuff there and the backdrop seems to help with its offset elevation look.JP,Extra and hurricane are special.Cheers.:)
Really smart set of images but last couple depicting transavia and pegasus 737s are a bit special in contrast terms.:)
Got to hand it to you this time some nice shots in that bunch, stand outs are back shot of MH60,first shot of F15s,B17-P51 and the tiger cub on one wheel.Nice shots and well timed.:) credit where credit is due.
Me again….Yes your right about the small detail Keith and both the hand out and the Bristow being near the flag on the 27 were as you know are just a lucky coincidence but thanks for pointing out the observation.:o
Hello Interflug….Thanks for the positive remarks about the helicopter pics and I think the reg of the F27 is G BMMT.I often bump into Keith up at Norwich and am pretty sure he’ll have a quiet smile about your remark….Cheers..JohnB.;):)
In the words of the famous jazz critic”,Niiice”….:)
