One I overlooked last time. This one from 2007 G-CDEG arriving at Faro, Portugal in 2007. More if you wish.

Yeah it must be at least 3 days since i last saw 5 or 6 Wizzairs 😉
not to mention i’ll be flying in on 1.
I wont bother investing in ladders cos i’m only there for a few days. Thanks for the directions i’m fairly familiar with Finningley, worked there a lot and got a few mates living there.Maybe i’ll get in touch and we can meet up,I feel a pint in the Harvey coming on.
Let me know your contact details when you arrive. Will try to meet up.
Safe journey

Great pics mate,i’m heading to Doncaster next week and was wondering if its worth going for some night shots. Is there anywhere you can see the apron from landside?
There are few places around the airport for spotting/photography. A favourite for both is to enter the village of Finningley. Turn off the main road opposite the duckpond and go passed the pub (Harvey Arms). Continue down this road until you can see through the fencing. Here you will be straight opposite the terminal. You will be shooting through the fence. Ladders would be a good investment. Unless something unusual turns up you will only see Thomson 737, and something that will be exciting for you Wizzair!!!
The above photographs were taken near the police/security offices and you would be asked to leave fairly quickly. Luckily I am now fairly well known now and am usually left alone. Hope this helps. If you need anymore info you are welcome to pm me.

Nice shots Stu. First 757 into Doncaster..just a shame it’s all white as you say, Drove past there today, but never bothered to pop in.. too busy.
Thankyou all for the comments. If he ran out of fuel he could have had clearance into our garden. One hell of a garden ornament.
Scotty
thanks for the comment. What I should have put was that it was the first Albanian Airlines into Doncaster. We do, believe it or not, get various 757’s occasionally. Wish we had more though.
Cheers mate

Hi matey
Like the unusual wide angle shot of the Emirates and the bum shot of the Flybe. Its got a hole in it like my Ryanair!!. Never did get to see CEJP whilst up there with you. Not likely to now with it going. Ah well, you win some you lose some. 8Gb card comes to mind!!!:p:p:):)
All the best Rab(8Gb compactflashman)
Keep up the good work

Nice shots Rab (8Gb compactflashman). Good to see you had better weather than when I was with you, and more variety. Must get back there.
Hope you are all ok

Hi Rab
Great to see you again at last. Good collection there mate. Just on the personal side though – I feel that you may be cropping them a bit tight. A bit more area on the left and right of the aircraft I think would enhance them even more.
I have got an 8Gb if you need to borrow one!!!
Will be posting some of mine soon. Not looked at them yet.
Keep up the good work
cheers

Thanks for looking guys.
I had never heard of them either Fred until a contact informed me it was coming in. Only two in the fleet at the moment I believe. Both ex China Airlines. The second was stiil operating in China colours until the end of July.
Newforest. A few first visitors to Doncaster have received the water salute. To think of it though – I didn’t!! I have not heard anything different on this occasion. Hopefully it may mean that we will see them again.
