    This might be a bit underexposed, but I thought it’d be worth a try.
    Its the Gannet that comes up in some of these posts from time to time, at Leuchars some time mid 80’s.

    Havent bothered with them yet. Our field is a bit on the rough side, and retracts just don’t seem to work on it. My mate flew his Tempest about the same time as these shots, with retracts. Only one of them would completely go up, and despite lots of workshop hours, the status quo remains. So, I havent bothered. When I see a set of retracts doing what it says on the box at our field, I might invest, but for the time being, I’ll just wait and see.
    Glad you liked the photos. I havent got any of the biplane yet. It’s still tucked up safe in my garage, waiting for better weather…..
