I don’t like Hornet from that angle either … actually I’m not sure any aircraft looks good side-on.
Don’t get me wrong, there have been some great Hornet and Super Hornet pics in this thread, it’s just annoying to have an otherwise excellent Rhino shot ruined by the pylons. Maybe some people can ignore them, but I can’t. The only Rhino shot I’ve saved with loaded pylons visible is this one where the splay isn’t evident:

Ok, it’s your opinion so,
Thanks
Steven
so show me current MIG-29K prototype flying before 2006?
Since he won’t respond to you, i’ll go head and show you the MIG-29K prototype.

Because you are a naughty boy? 😮
What do you mean?
so let’s talk about what happens if the f-16 recives a new engine?
How about a P&W F135 engine?

I collect Corgi Aviation Archive aircraft of my favourite aircraft, and like to have them out on display to cast an eye over from time to time, and “enjoy” them for want of a better word.
I have just recieved my latest 1/72 Lancaster with its Tallboy hanging in its bomb-bay…..However like my other models Id like to display it, but with some form of protection/cover……..What can you learned chaps recommend for displaying the lanc in all its glory, I did think of a clear display case but cant seem to find one big enough……the model has a W/S of 450mm….;)
Nice to see some one collect diecast, do happen to have any military aircraft that’s diecast?
Steven
If like me, you love cats, we have three rescue ones, then I think you’ll enjoy this. Carefull though, it can become compulsive viewing!
😀 Thanks for that one! I’ll keep an eye

So many great shots ruined by those stupid splayed pylons.
How about this one? My picture

I believe they were Bosnian Serb J-21 Jastrebs.

My bad, thanks for the correction.
Steven
Thanks for the clarification. I do remember the surname of the pilot and the paintsheme of the plane.
Your welcome, :very_drunk:
Steven
Anything else to discuss?
Well… I am sorry too (and thx for the translation)
Posting during vacations should be avoided for the sake of other forumers.
B.O.T: during an airshow in Paris (2005?) I was impressed by the high alpha pulls up performed by the pilot (Navy) at various airspeed. The pitch rate in all conditions was impressive.
Ok thanks for that.
Paragraph 2, yes impressive ain’t it? It was a former pilot named Ricardo Traven who has the controlls at the other side of the world airshows. He has to be an amazing super honet pilot. He’s the Chief Test pilot of Boeings Super Hornet. I want to meet him some day. 😀
Here’s a photo from the Paris Airshow in 2005 but i forgot what squadron it was 🙁 mabye VFA-2? I’m uplaoding diffrent pics from the Paris Airshow when the super was demonstrating from 2004-2007.
2004
2000? I don’t know
This one said 2005 which was VFA-106
Maybe you should go back to your games ?
Mabye if you had the ability to. I used to play Ace Combat 4, and noticed as aviation enthusiast that the AIM-9 is a Multirole missile in Ace Combat. But i’m studying my aircraft. I don’t play video games. But i remember around 2005 🙂
Sad to see the Kitty pass away, hopefully you’ll feel better
