Bruggen – “your gobbin off”? No idea what my gobbin off is….
I still await a shred of evidence for what you claim. There is none and not even the most religiously zealous warmist has offered any.

And you can’t be bothered to find out. Like I said how many more people on this rock do you think it would take to have an effect. Do you think this planet was created just to take care of us?

Bruggen – sparing your rant I prefer to deal in evidence not myth or unsubstantiated distorted mischief making. Of course everything in nature affects the earth and always has done. It’s what is affected and how is what matters.

Why is it Charles that when your gobbin off you think that every thing you say should be taken as fact, yet when someone disagrees with you it’s a Rant.
The worlds weather has gone to pot and you just think it’s a bit of a hiccup, what does the worlds population have to reach before you think it will effect the earth 10 billion 40 billion or never?

Have you thought about beginning a campaign to re-label Darwin’s Theory as Darwin’s Law ? Hope you’ve got plenty of spare time !

The knowledge about Evolution, Relativity is out there, it’s just some people just don’t want to know the truth, and to label The origin of species as just a theory is an insult to one of the greatest minds
in history. And as for my certainty well that’s a cheek coming from you because you have it in bucket loads.

    religious myths

LOL–That is the same attitude young earth creationists have when confronted with the fact there is no proof for their dogma.

You just carry on reading your fiction and turn your blind eye to how the real world works

Which of course shows how irrelevant man’s contribution has been as it has all happened many times before, as I pointed out. Is that so hard to understand?

Only an idiot would think that 6-7 billion people can not have any effect on planet earth. would you p!ss in the same well that you drink from, so why can’t you understand that is what we are doing to the air that we breath. At the time of the last ice age the population was probably less than a couple of million people. This planet is not like a computer it does not have reset button once we change it it’s gone forever.

So what happened in the millennia before man evolved? Warming and cooling has gone on in cycles for millions of years. And man has survived both.

Because it’s only in the last hundred years or so that we have been pumping all sorts of crap up there, is that realy hard to understand. Well at least you admit that man evolved so there is hope for you yet Charles:eagerness:

The ‘Big Bang’ origin remains a convenient theory just like evolution – that is why it is called a theory – man made global warming theory and ‘man emerged from bogs in Africa’ theory.

I can dream up theories all day long!

Rubbish, it stopped being a theory a long time ago, creationists like to use that word to endorse their beliefs when really they don’t understand what it means. If someone has a theory and that theory is
tested and those tests give the same results every time then it’s accepted in the scientific world as fact, but if just one of those tests give a different result then it’s thrown out, the laws of evolution and
relativity have passed every test thrown at them. If people like Galileo, Copernicus, Einstein and hundreds of other brilliant minds had thought like you and a few others on here we would still be using horse an carts to get around.
BTW As you sit in your abode reading this and thinking of another crackpot reply just look around you and take this in, everything you see is man made apart from any house plants you have, even the wood in the building has taken energy to produce and that energy produces heat that goes up, multiply that 5 or 6 billion times and you just might get the scale of the problem we are causing. Just plain common sense should tell you that we must be having an effect on this tiny planet, because there isn’t a cleaning lady up there with a scrubbing brush. It’s not set in stone that this planet has to have an oxygen atmosphere it’s just chemistry if you mix stuff together you end up with something else.
    Happy New Year.

[QUOTE=RpR;2100613]LOL—- yeah baby, man’s ability to say what happened billions of years before he existed is SO exact.

If it makes you feel happy, believe as you wish.

I know this wont make sense to you but at least I tried:eagerness:

    Age of the Earth

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article is about the scientific age of the Earth
The age of the Earth is 4.54 ± 0.05 billion years (4.54 × 109 years ± 1%).[1][2][3] This age is based on evidence from radiometric age dating of meteorite material and is consistent with the ages of the oldest-known terrestrial and lunar samples. Following the scientific revolution and the development of radiometric age dating, measurements of lead in uranium-rich minerals showed that some were in excess of a billion years old.[4]

The oldest such minerals analyzed to date – small crystals of zircon from the Jack Hills of Western Australia – are at least 4.404 billion years old.[5][6][7] Comparing the mass and luminosity of the Sun to those of other stars, it appears that the solar system cannot be much older than those rocks. Calcium-aluminium-rich inclusions – the oldest known solid constituents within meteorites that are formed within the solar system – are 4.567 billion years old,[8][9] giving an age for the solar system and an upper limit for the age of Earth.

It is hypothesised that the accretion of Earth began soon after the formation of the Ca-Al-rich inclusions and the meteorites. Because the exact amount of time this accretion process took is not yet known, and the predictions from different accretion models range from a few millions up to about 100 million years, the exact age of Earth is difficult to determine. It is also difficult to determine the exact age of the oldest rocks on Earth, exposed at the surface, as they are aggregates of minerals of possibly different ages
