    Possibly MK IX spitfire RR232 & may be Spitfire RW382. What about Rick Roberts Hurricane being put together by Hawker Restorations?

    I’ve been told that TE314 is going to fly at the end of the year. RW832 the year after Biggin will become spitfire central.:dev2:

    I think that it will be the other way round.

    TA805 Mk9
    MK912 Mk9
    TE184 Mk16
    X4650 Mk1
    RW382 Mk16 (under restoration)
    TE314 Mk9 (under restoration)

    I know one of the Spitfire restorations is the The low back version that crashed in Sweden I think.

    Im going to say its going be Biggin Hill because of the other restorations 🙂

    Biggin hill 4 flyable, 2 at present under restoration plus more in pipe line.

    Which of these airfields has the most flyable Spitfires: Bremgarten, Conningsby, Duxford or Biggin Hill?

    At a guess biggin hill or coningsby.

    C’mon Mackerel show us yer pix!….did the wings look good?

    Hey Chumpy the wings did look good , in fact the whole plane looks good, its got that used look, unlike certain others & I think Peter should be justifiably proud of his achievement, (with a bit of help from others).

    It sure looks like it’s first flight. I don’t recognise it so you might have been the first one to capture the 3rd Airworthy Mk1 spitfire flying in the world.:)
