Mr Halstead cant be contacted on his mobile. Nobody at alphaone answering the phones, so ATC contacted to find out where is the plane? – ATC response – no flight scheduled.
Call centre contacted to find out what’s going on – suggestion that they may have forgotten to pass on the bookings…
Now this is getting a stale joke!
I hope IOM will cut their losses with A1, for IOM’s sake!!
