I think they should place a A320 on the MAN service or make it a thrice-daily service. When we went 2 weeks ago, both flight were well overbooked!

I fly BMI quite a bit from LBA to JER, usually on the ERJ145, no meal serive though, still its only a short flight.

Sorry… after double checking, I discovered that it was indeed a Project Airbus aircraft. I do have the IFDG A320 in the MyTravel/Skyservice colours but don’t notice a dramatic different between the two?

Trust me, there is a difference between the two, FD’s in the iFDG is MUCH better, and so it the model!

Hey danairboy, welcome to the forum. I can’t remeber my 1st charter flight as i was 6 months old, but i’ve been told, and showed pics of me boarding a Dan Air 727-200 to MUC back in 1987 from MAN! We flew with them quite a bit to Palma and Barcelona. We flew mostly with MON and BAL in the early nineties to Spain, Italy and France, but i can remeber the last charter flight i flew on, it was a MON B752 to Verona from MAN.
I’ve never flown with a charter since then, and i don’t want to either!

I love those Twotters.
Islanders are without a BA livery cos the routes they perform are no longer under franchise with BA eg the shortest passenger sectior in the world Westray to Papa Westray.
