    RE: College Qualifications , Degrees………

Like the gent above i have no qualification what so ever relating to aviation.. In short i started my degree in Civil Engineering,,, then war started.. got conscripted.. wasted 2.5 years of my life for nothing.. then once war stoped moved to Serbija to continue studies.. studued for 1 year…theb got Citizenship and Pasport,, then some wise guy discovered i didnt formaly serve in army.. so i did 15 months in VJ.. then studied some more.. then moved to australia just ahead of whole Kosovo saga.. and finaly finished my degree here year and a half ago after much trouble of getting them to recognise my studies from abroad. Now i work in the field. So as u can se nothing to do with aviation what so ever… infact my whole interest arroused from wisiting this forum by accident.. i saw a AFM mag on stang with something about Yugoslavia ,, bought it.. red it.. got interested.. looked it up onlie, came to the forum, saw one of the INKs posts here, got positively suprised to se a X countryman, so i joined in disscusion even though my aviation knowledge was 0.. and what ever i have learned ive learned since then ( i came here back in 2000-2001 ) from this forum, mags and some books i started to by. Hence there is how my interest in aviation was born 🙂

RE: Dumb things you did as a kid.

Having discovered the wonders of electrical short circuit at eage of 8. I joined ends of two wires and stuck the other end into a power point.. blowing up all fuses in my home, and giving myself a shock that threw me on the ground.. undetered i then moved to the hallway of my building repeating the experiment and screwing up the local transformer station in the basement of my building and cutting power to my and two neighboruing appartment builidings which jointly had about 150 appartments.. there was not power for 3 days.. it was mid december and about 10 below 0.. my popularity after that simply skyrocketed among the neighbours.

A joke that makes you think… no offence ment

What do Osama Bi Laden and Washington Sniper have in common??

    1. They both killed civilian Americans
    2. They were both trained by the US, which enabled them to do so.

    Something to think about. 😉

    RE: The Washington Sniper

yup looks like he was caught. A disgruntaled ex Vet with his step son. Looks like they will both be up for deth penalty.

Ah yes Garry.. how i just knew that our lokal NRA member for NZ will voice up. Firstly garry i meant for the “barrel fingerprinting” not fingerprintig of owners. Its a suggestion that all guns sold be “fingerprinted” by shooting few slugs and keeping them in Federal Database. because each fireamr makes a unikue slug print, and it would take approximately 5000 rounds to even slightly change the barrels inprint on the gun.. this would be an excelent method of indetifying firearms involved. And it would not matter if firearm is stolen as all weapons bar those in the Deffence forces would be printed… and also like DNA, it doesnt inoly have to indetify,,, it can also exclude the weapons if they are linked to shootings.
